How to Use the Online Tax Invoice with Logo Generator?
Editing Text Titles
All text labels inside the invoice editor are customizable. To edit any label, double-click on it, enter your preferred name, and press Enter to confirm.
Example: You can rename "Invoice" to "Purchase Bill" by double-clicking on it, entering the new text, and confirming.

Invoice, Item List, Item Name, Quantity, Rate, Office Name, Billing To, Ship To, Discount, Tax, Total Amount, Paid Amount, Amount Due, Instruction Name
Adding a Logo
To add your business or service logo, click on the "Logo Here" icon and select an image.
- If you don’t want a logo, simply leave it blank—it won’t appear in the final PDF invoice.
Setting Office Name & Address
At the top of the editor, you can set your Office Name and Office Address:
- Office Name: Double-click to edit.
- Office Address: Enter details in the input fields.
- To Delete a Field: Click the delete icon next to it.
- To Add a Field: Click the "Add Input Field" button.
The Billing To and Shipping To sections can be managed the same way.
Managing Invoice Fields
- Blank Fields: Any empty input fields will not appear in the final PDF invoice.
- Discount: To exclude the discount, set the value to 0 (default), and it won’t appear in the final invoice.
- Tax:
- If tax is not required, either delete the tax field or leave it at 0 (default).
- To add multiple tax fields, click the "Add Tax" button.
Automatic Calculations
The application automatically calculates:
- Total Amount
- Amount Due
- Discounts & Taxes
If your client has made a partial payment, enter the amount, and the due amount will be updated automatically.
Adding Instructions or Notes
You can include terms, disclaimers, or additional details in the Instruction Box.
- If you don’t want to include instructions, either leave it blank or delete it.
- To add more instruction fields, click "Add More Instruction Text Field".
- To remove an instruction field, click the delete icon next to it.
Downloading Your Invoice
Once everything is set, click "Download Invoice" at the bottom. Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file.
